Returns

We hope you love your purchase from OMMactive. However if you are not happy, then we provide a promise to provide you a with a refund. We make a commitment to make things easy for you if you wish to return anything.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

Return goods within 28 days for UK based customers.
Return goods within 28 days for International customers.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days to process the refund.
If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund.
Socks and underwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (bra tops are).
Footwear should be returned unmarked, and should only be tried on indoors, and be returned in its original box and packaging.
When trying on clothing please avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.
Yoga mats: Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat before purchasing, because for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mats that have been unrolled, or if the wrapping or seal around the mat have been removed.
Hangtags, labels, dust bags, and any other designer labelling should not be removed, and should be included in the return.

Please note: You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item Recorded Delivery.

Exchanges: currently we can only exchange your product for the same product in a different colour or size. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your item and process a new order for the style you want.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We trust you will be delighted with your OMMactive purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 28 days of receipt. (Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items). Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging.

Refunds can be issued on purchases (FULL PRICED items ONLY) made online at www.ommactive.com only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased from third party distributors of any of our brands.

Please note that we are UNABLE to process refunds on SALE items. However, we can exchange your item with another at the same value or higher. Additional payment will be required for any exchanges over the items sale value.

No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded.

All garments are subject to inspection.

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange please email info@ommactive.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is 'out of stock' a gift voucher or refund will be issued.

RETURNS

For a refund please return your item/s to us at the below address. Include your invoice in the package and mark next to the item/s you wish to return for a refund.

FAULTY ITEMS 

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or gift voucher for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. OMMactive reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garment’s arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

•    OMMactive will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

•    Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.

•    You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.

•    In the event that your product is lost in transit, OMMactive will not be held liable.

•    We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS 

If you have received a gift with purchase and then decide to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the free gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. An OMMactive team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment.
